LivePerson was invited by Google to participate in its first ever ‘Business Messages Competition.’ Our goal was to launch a rich and innovative experience for BELLA on Google Business Messenger (GBM) which engages their customers in conversation. This was a great opportunity for us to showcase our conversational design expertise and capabilities, while promoting BELLA.

Internal Health Assessment Tool/Babylon Health
We created an internal tool for our customer support team so that they can complete health assessments of patients who can’t complete theirs on the app for some reason.
Covid 19 Care Assistant/Babylon Health
At Babylon, we were seeing the same pattern emerging as every country faces the same fundamental issue - at some stage, there were not enough clinicians to cope with the surge in demand.
Babylon was working with governments, private companies and national health organisations around the world to support the global response to COVID-19. Our solution was a product which aims to:
Help people who are worried about coronavirus; keeping them informed, connected and cared for while putting answers and support in their hands when they need them most
Keep hospitals free for those who need them, making the most of limited and valuable clinician time while supporting local guidance on isolation
“Ask a doctor” skill for Alexa/Babylon Health
This skill was designed for the US market. I designed and created this prototype for an internal presentation. It’s never been launched due to data privacy issues.

Triage Internal Tool Discovery
The internal tool was designed and created by our engineers. The clinicians were finding it difficult to build triage trees on it. It wasn’t user friendly. This was a discovery work I was working on before I left Babylon.
